The Lodge meets in the evening of the second Wednesday of February, April, November and December. The installation of the new Worshipful Master takes place at the December meeting with a good amount of festive cheer. All meetings are followed by a meal, the Festive Board, where all dietary requirements can be catered for.

The Lodge is located at Shelton Masonic Hall located at Snow Hill, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 4NA. This venue is easily accessible by road from the north, south and west via the M6 and A500, and can be approached from the east via the A50 and A500. Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station is located nearby and the hall is located about 20 minutes' walk away.
